40yrs and just like that it’s gone. Thank you to everyone who made my time in the NHS so rewarding and often fun. So many memories I shall cherish and such a privilege to have done what I did. Now it’s time for something different. 💜

My precious little girl left this world on Friday. I am beyond devastated. She truly was my whole world; my North, my South, my East and West. I have been the luckiest person for her 16 years and 1 month. And yet, too soon... #heartbroken

.@nottmhospitals After 6 wks in QMC, my dad was discharged today to a facility that turned him away. Now back for his 2nd & 3rd nights in the discharge 'lounge' (no decor, no windows). Tomorrow is his 91st Birthday 😢 Surely we can do better than this? #compassion #care
