2024 Taini Jamison Trophy - New Zealand Silver Ferns vs. England Roses 🏆 Test one today is live on Sky Sport NZ for Kiwi viewers (7.30pm) & Netball Pass for international viewers 🇳🇿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Here is how the two squads stack up against each other: - Both teams have nearly the same number of international caps after Phee was ruled out (losing 67), but the Ferns still hold a slight edge with 383 caps, while the Roses are close behind with 370 - The average age too, is very similar. The legend Auntie E is the oldest player amongst the two squads (36), and the youngest from NZ is Amelia Walmsley, who I forget is only 20! (The 16-year age gap seems crazy!) - The Roses oldest player is Beth Cobden (31) and their youngest is Berri Neil (21). - Tallest player of course is Grace Nweke (193cm), closely followed by Amelia, Kelly & Erena (192cm) and Liv Tchine (191cm) - The shortest player is Kimiora Poi (168cm) closely followed by Jess Shaw (170cm) - The most capped international and domestic league player across both teams is none other than the iconic Helen Housby, with 105 England caps and 160 league (NSL & SSN) to her name - I'm confident we will see the Silver Ferns debut of Parris and Claire in this series, if not in this game.
