@JuliaSammet I crush pecans into little pieces and soak in bourbon at least over night. Soften a stick of butter and powdered sugar. Stir the pecan mix in with and stir good. Chilling mixture makes it easier to roll into balls then chill again. Melt semi sweet chocolate and coat balls.

Went to go drop/pickup from Keeneland today. They closed their office for the start of construction 🚧👷 Now they're using the ticket booth and other rooms on the left. It'll sure be interesting seeing the before and after of this project!
