@Gastrografin1 @marklittle_IR @RBNHSFT @nhsuhcw We've had an IR FY2 @nhsuhcw for 4yrs.
Takes 1month to train them, then an amazing asset for 3months.
I understand benefit of PA, as only need to be trained once.
However about 30% of my FY2s have entered radiology training to become potential future IR Consultant colleagues!

Pelvic Trauma Course: delegate to approach ratio is 1:1. Faculty to delegate 1:2. And 9 full operations stations Everyone had a chance to see and do the open pelvic trauma approaches and use fixation plates.
