Playing Mbokazi at CDM is NOT the answer. He is way more effective at CB with his long passing ability and carrying the ball upfield. Leave him at Centre Back, please.

I think it’s critical that Shandre Campbell gets a loan move next season to a Belgian team or league in Europe. At his age he should be playing regularly & if Brugge can’t guarantee him that he needs a loan. This could be our solution at RW for Bafana. A ruthless attacker 🇿🇦

@JosephKrobbie Difficult for him to have touches when he came on in a period of the game where it was really stretched. We know he’s not the most athletic, and needs the game to be a bit slower to impact the way we want him to. The end to end nature of that second half didn’t help him.

Lol zwane didn’t really impact the game. He had 5 touches in 38 minutes. he hardly got involved in the play

Look at this team when 🐐 is on the pitch vs when he is not. Chalk and cheese. Zwane is the last of a dying breed. The playmaking 10 Rele falls more in the category of a chance creating 10(Brunoesque) he is very good at what he does but these short simple passes by 🐐 are just 😮💨

I think Maseko show glimpse of old Maseko. He was fighting and aggressive when had a ball. I think he did enough to make it to the final squad.
I am not sure of pairing of Mbokazi and Okon especially if Ronwen is not playing. Was it a goof idea to try a new goalkeeper at this stage of preparation? Maybe yes.....what if Ronwen is injured or get a red card?

@_Its_Alex___ I was thinking the same. Manne complained when he was constantly giving poor throw balls to chase onto, or the creative players are passing the ball around him. He did look like someone who didn’t wanna get hurt, before a busy club period also.

The problem with us is that we don’t play to his strengths.
He’s not a bad player. Just not suited to the players around him. Definitely still has a place in the squad imo. He doesn’t play in the best league in the world for nothing.
