Our Queen was a remarkable woman no matter how you look at it; committed, steadfast, compassionate and visible. She adapted to changing times and rose to challenges without being phased. I think in ordinary life she would have been very successful in the NHS. This is my fave pic.

13th May 2014 left at 4pm returned at 6pm Seth told me the consultant had told him he had late stage pancreatic cancer and he had days maybe weeks to live he was told when he was alone he had to tell me no nurse or doctor spoke to me there was nothing just nothing #sethslegacy
