Recently got a text from someone I don't know that invested into NBL (a cryptocurrency that I created) over a year and a half ago. They said they invested close to 6 figures with a friend and threatened me to send $50k worth to make them whole from where they started. I said I wouldn't do that, but I would have a call with both of them on why I'm super hype about our future and how they can communicate better with me and our community to get the most up-to-date information as possible. The person who texted me responded with: "my friend is a street ni**a and only does face-to-face conversations." We have a baby not doing well and my wife has stayed with her parents for multiple nights because a guy who fits that "street ni**a" description has been circling our house in his car with his lights off and has been out walking around our house at various times throughout the day. Finally got to the point of having to file a police report tonight. I try giving people the benefit of the doubt and just try communicating with them rather than take extreme measures. But it has been taken too far. Hard to not question if all the hours and money spent is worth chasing a dream of helping as many people as I can when things like this happen.
