Oshawa Generals Captain Ben Danford and cancer survivor Adam are asking you to donate blood. Throughout Adam's 3 ½ year battle with Leukemia he received 8 transfusions of blood and platelets and many rounds of chemotherapy that helped save his life. @CanadasLifeline

Since her remission, Jane’s passion for hockey has grown along with her commitment to giving back. She has channeled this energy into advocacy by raising $10,000 (so far) in support of children battling cancer and helping provide critical resources for others in need.

Lots of tournament action in Kamloops today and through the weekend. Fulton Cup basketball continues into day two at the TCC for the city-wide tournament. @KIBIHT is into day one across the City. Four day annual event featuring 36 teams over four divisions.
