We welcome the appointment of an independent chair from outside of Scotland as the Lead of the review into the events of 8th March. We asked Rangers to call for an independent lead as we believe that’s the best chance for all the issues to be addressed - and we welcome this appointment. For full transparency we would also ask that the @scottishfa publish the terms of reference for the review.

Q11 Stadium footprint surface and disabled areas updates. Issues acknowledged and is part of Project Regen plans, contact made about specific issues direct to disability matters. Update on any Copland changes coming out today. Q12 Post Split match games timings & allocations. Club have strongly fed into discussions around match planning and allocations in the post split games for weeks now. SPFL knows the club's position on this. Club have had discussions with police about the 2500 going to Parkhead and agreed a joint planning group is required on this. Club has had no objections to being given this allocation so far. Q13 Signings. Happy with progress so far, big overhaul in summer with additions in winter window and more to add onto in the summer one. Members of the FAB were part of the invited attendees to another fan engagement Round Table hosted by Chairman Andrew Cavenagh. Andrew also welcomed our new CEO Jim Gillespie to the session. Questions raised as follows: Q1 Asked about more appointments like Vice Chair and any other exec senior roles. None more at this time are planned. Q2 Season ticket pricing. Asked about continued increase in ST prices v lack of success on the park. Confirmed all being put back into on field players. Nod to a lot of costs increasing, wages, and associated costs of match day operations. Felt the 6.5% was the right place with further commitment from share issues of £16m. Away tickets costs up too, away attendances were up too, club working with other clubs on pricing and allocations. Q3 Relationships with other clubs and brand Scotland football discussions. Loud commitment to be leading again, a club leading on all topics across Scottish football. Building relations and influence for the better of the game is the approach. Q4 Reputation of RFC fans discussion. Needs louder voice, better stewarding and champion for alcohol etc re-introduced. The feedback from the survey of 10k fans will feed into Project Regen moving forward on all fronts across the stadium footprint plus more fan engagement sessions at critical stages. Q5 Why were the ST renewals delayed and why the increase in 27/28? The OF QF issues stretched resources at the club - this was the main reason and wanted proper time spent on this. Club needed to look at ST as a stream for on field improvements, with that and the costs of the Project Regen work this is the reason the 27/28 review of seats across stadium is being done. There is a priority list of work that is being looked at, decisions made soon on what is being done first, e.g. the “aura” of Ibrox, then ops areas like turnstiles, toilets, more hospitality areas and finally stadium expansion. Q6 Broomloan damages and tragedy taunting. The Club has already seen one conviction for this this year and will continue to follow up with any culprits. And is working with authorities on what happened at the QF. During the Scottish Gov consultation on the banning order the club has strongly proposed that 'tragedy chanting' is added to the legislation. The club is working with Liverpool FC and families on education around this subject. Costs of damage still being added up, work complete and everything has been fixed now - thanks to hard working ops teams. Q7 Challenge Regulatory bodies. Continued engagement by club both behind closed door and open meetings around areas on topics like refereeing and VAR consistency and standard. Clear message of club wanting to take lead on such matters. Actively working with other clubs on this. Club wants to be on front foot, using data, balance and influence to improve this across Scotland. Bodies and Willie Collum are aware the club is leading this with other clubs. Q8 Homophobic chanting & League City Centre Celebrations. Discussion on this recently and if the club can follow education programmes with EPL clubs like Chelsea. Club confirmed GCC have been in touch about league celebrations this year which is a continued dialogue, club confirmed this year there would be no celebrations any further afield than stadium footprint but welcome discussions for future years. 1/2
