We need to swap it out. A colleague at Oculus said 'try ours'. It works great. It also allowed me to upgrade from mouth 'pose to pose' blending to multiple shapes at once... bottom graph OLD vs. NEW... (more detail!)

We're updating our old/(*unreliable) waveform lipsync tool to a new one made by Oculus crew - Auto lipsync is not a panacea mind you - it can't beat animator/actual capture since its just waveform analysis but at our scale (tens of thousands of lines) it is essential. Results:
