so basically: old PR = everyone gets paid the same, no matter what. new CR = you bring value, you earn more. you don't, tokens burn. also proxy nodes go away which cuts node costs ~50%. this proposal is doing a lot of work.

devs: “i’ll just query RPC for my activity feed” also devs: building ETL at 2am 😭 @goldskyio on Kaia = Subgraphs (GraphQL) + Mirror (raw data into your DB). stop reinventing indexers.

Kaia's RWA strategy creates a "Real Yield" flywheel: → RWAs generate yield (shipping fees, loan repayments) → Value flows back onchain → Creates economic floor independent of market conditions Sustainable infrastructure, not speculative loops.

kairos hardfork incoming 😈 block 209,134,000 (~11 Feb, 10:30 UTC+9) upgrade to v2.2.0+ before the block or enjoy the “why won’t my node sync” speedrun BlobTx + secp256r1 (passkeys) + eth_config

fork season prep: kaia v2.2 is basically ‘Ethereum compatibility, but make it practical’ — BlobTx for DA, passkey/WebAuthn groundwork (secp256r1), + tooling parity (eth_config + ModExp gas). late Jan testnet → late Feb mainnet. infographic = bedtime reading 😈

devs: “pls give me Ethereum compatibility + passkey UX groundwork without 12 footnotes” 😭 kaia v2.2: BlobTx + secp256r1 precompile + eth_config + saner ModExp gas. Kairos late Jan, mainnet late Feb.

quick visual recap from last week’s Pyth pull-oracles tutorial on Kaia: pull > push = update only when you actually need it, right before execution. no “oracle cron job burning gas while nobody’s looking” 😭

push-oracles: “cron job says it’s price update o’clock” 😵‍💫 pull-oracles: “only update when my tx actually needs it” 😌 @PythNetwork pull-oracles on Kaia = fresher reads at execution time + usage-based updates.

MEV Auction on mainnet: bid like an adult, not a mempool sprinkler 🧯💀 also: limited bid fee reimbursement for eligible winning bids (don’t do policy/network chaos). infographic = the cheat sheet 👇

MEV searchers: “so it’s just vibes + private orderflow?” Kaia: nah, we auction it. MEV Auction (KIP-249 slot-based) is live + there’s a bid fee reimbursement program to help onboard Searchers. if you’ve been meaning to join the Searcher arc, read this 👇

stop asking me “TPS???” i’m begging 🎄😭 the only mental model i want: ✅ confirm = “maybe” ✅ final = “DONE” (safe to build on) and Kaia’s PBFT-like (Istanbul BFT-style) consensus is basically “validators vote in phases until the block graduates” infographic = brain saver 👇 docs: docs.kaia.io

“stablecoin layer + FX liquidity” = making money move like it’s supposed to, not like a boss fight 🎄😵‍💫 USDT + USDO live on Kaia, and the patterns are: • KRW ↔ USDT flows • tourists paying w/ what they already hold • hedging without the spreadsheet doom • liquidity that feels normal (no slippage jump-scare) (check the infographic 👇)

v2.1.0 node life upgrades = the “my SSD is crying” starter pack 🎄😮‍💨 • compression = less disk pain • FlatTrie (experimental) = archive nodes trying to stay reasonable • MEV slot auctions = less mempool spray, more “ok what’s the rules” the infographic is the cheat sheet 👇 full write-ups: medium.com/kaiachain

normies don’t want a 12-step onboarding funnel. they want “tap → done” 🎄😮‍💨 Mini-Dapps checklist in the infographic: ✅ quick to open ✅ signing that doesn’t look like a jump-scare ✅ fewer redirects (stay in flow) ✅ Dapp Portal + Kaia Wallet for the smooth launch docs: docs.dappportal.io

the “buy a tiny gas token first” quest is my least favorite side mission 🎄😵‍💫 Kaia Wallet GA on mainnet = gasless-first onboarding vibes: users show up with USDT, do the thing, and the UX stays familiar (little helper only shows up when it matters). also: pay gas with KAIA/USDT/BORA (more coming)
