I want to acknowledge that the distribution improvements that have been made are largely thanks to the incredible demand that the line has received. Remember, Jazwares is the manufacturing team, but products are sold by retailers and distributors. All the excitement around the line from the community has really opened some eyes and caused more retailers to get behind the line in big ways! Replenishment and expansion were the #1 topics of conversation at NYTF and things look extremely promising. *PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS THE STATUS OF THINGS AS THEY ARE NOW! PLANS CAN CHANGE!* MASS RETAILERS: - Fall 2026 will see around 4 x as large of retail support than Fall 2025 for the line across many retailers. (4 x may not seem like much, but a reminder that 2025 was a movie release year. This is EXTREMELY abnormal and speaks to retail’s excitement and reinforced confidence in the line) - All domestic retailer exclusives have around a 1-year length of exclusivity before they are offered to other retailers. Additionally, if a retailer does not replenish orders of their exclusives within a set period of time, the items are offered to other retailers to ensure that the items will regularly be on offer. - Retailers will continue to be offered all waves of all products. Ultimately which waves they take will be up to their selections. - We still have no plans to retire any characters that we’ve made product of. If a retailer wants a Wave 1 figure or a Wave 2 plush in 2028, we will ship it (technically this applies across the line. Not just for Mass) - Certain retailers will carry parts of the line in different aisles. For example, some figures may be placed in the toy aisle, some plush may be placed in the video game aisle, and other plush may even be placed in spaces like the bedding aisle! INTERNATIONAL RETAILERS: - Domestic retailer exclusive items such as the 20” Freddy and Toy animatronic 4-Pack are confirmed to be supported in countries like the UK, Germany, & France - All domestic retailer exclusives such as the 20” Freddy plush, 8” Marionette Plush, & ‘World Of’ Animatronic figures will continue to be offered to retailers & distributors across all retail markets. Ultimately what domestic exclusives they take will be up to their selections. - Greater distribution in Japan is coming! - Greater distribution in LATAM is coming! - Greater distribution in South America is coming! VAULT: - The next Endo-Series Shadow Freddy restock will not be a limited quantity, instead, the site will be conducting it’s first ever ‘Make to Order’ - The Jazwares FNAF team is actively encouraging the Vault team to make more items Make to Order; specifically Vault exclusives - To ensure that all fans are able to have figures and plush of their favorite characters, I have endorsed that if a Vault exclusive item is ever to be retired, the exclusive characters that appear in the item will appear in a retailer supported item at a later date. - The Jazwares FNAF team is actively working on a way to bring Vault exclusive items to regions where Vault currently does not distribute to.
