Well, yes, you should exhaust all other options before proceeding with litigation because if matters can be resolved outside the court, it is better for all parties involved. However, if it came to the point where she felt it was necessary, her claim would be for direct discrimination rather than harassment.

That's one route. But the path of least resistance would probably be letting her coworkers know she'd like to go to team gatherings and assert herself more at the workplace in regards to her individual performance, reframing their perception of her and leveling out the work environment.

We were discussing this recently, and it's regarding class discrimination. For example, not offering somebody employment or training contract because of their postcode or regional accent believing them to be of a lower class background. In theory, it should create more social mobility and more meritocracy for working class peoples. It may work out to be beneficial for white working class males who usually are cast aside and forgotten about. I would like to read exactly what is proposed before drawing up any conclusions personally on its benefits, risks, and overall value.

Incredibly tragic. The fact that her attackers have not faced justice is disgusting. We know why that is. Sadly, it is all too common in Europe that young native European women and girls have had their lives destroyed by foreign origin rapists. Many do not recover. Psychologically, it kills them. Eventually they attempt suicide or slowly kill themselves through other behaviors linked directly to the horrific trauma they suffered like alcoholism, drug use, eating disorders, getting into abusive relationships as their sense of self worth has been destroyed and abuse normalised in their mind. Its devastating that her suffering was so extreme that after being left paralysed after a previous suicide attempt that she felt euthanasia was the only choice she had to escape a future where she could only see more pain and suffering ahead. The thing is, society doesn't care. Nationalists don't even care although they proclaim to. If she disagreed with the grifting, behavior or any views of them they would have mocked her, called her crazy, told her she deserved it and wanted her to die because she wouldn't be a pawn in their objectives of grifting of her suffering. Our homelands and our people are in a very sick place where very few people genuinely care that these injustices and appalling crimes against vulnerable young women and kids are taking place or see it as an opportunity to profit off their suffering.

Noelia Castillo Ramos was euthanised yesterday at around 6 p.m. local time at Hospital Residencia Sant Camil near Barcelona. In 2022, Noelia was placed in a state institution amid family difficulties. There, she was gang-raped by a group of North African migrants. The trauma broke Noelia. Months later, she attempted suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of a building. She survived the fall but was left paralysed. Instead of offering long-term support, the Spanish authorities offered assisted suicide as a solution. Yesterday, despite a large group of people showing up at the hospital to support her, Noelia sadly decided to end her life. Her rapists were never arrested and remain free men today. RIP Noelia. We will not forget you. 💔

Excellent news for women! A man will be mansplaining Endometriosis on our behalf in Westminster. What’s important here is that women recognise men are still better at being women than we are and their observations of female pain are more valid than our lived experience 🤡 (Disclaimer: for the avoidance of doubt this post contains sarcasm)

In England and Northern Ireland physical punishments of a child or violence such as shaking, hitting, or slapping that leaves a mark (e.g., a scratch or bruise) constitutes "actual bodily harm" (ABH) is illegal and prosecutable, although it remains legal for parents to use reasonable chastisement which is not clearly defined. As such, spanking or any form of physical punishment that's intended to cause pain as a form of discipline could very easily be legally deemed a form of child abuse for which you could be prosecuted for. In Scotland and Wales, any form of physical punishment of a child is completely unlawful.

@JamesMoirMaria @_BasedCow_ Not formally, but yes, I have a child and a man. I'm "settled down" in my wife era. So already taken. However, there are many beautiful young white women looking for good white men to marry.

You just stated Ireland is in the British Isles in your own post. There is also no such thing as the German sea. There is the English channel and the North Sea that separate the British Isles from mainland Europe. You do not have a very good grasp of geography at all, do you? Although I am starting to think you are likely not native to Europe so the lack of basic knowledge is then not surprising. However, as you do appear to be able to use the Internet, there are these helpful tools called search engines. You can research and ask questions using them. Google is a well known one. Type in the little White box at the top it will give you the answer. Ask it if Ireland is in the British Isles. Also when it comes to "branding" which has nothing to do with factual geographical location, the branding of Great Britain is much better, not only do you speak the language of the English, you use our technology, phone and the Internet for example. The English have the best branding in the world. The flag of the UK is brilliance, we had the largest empire human history, brought about technological revolutions that have changed the trajectory of human history. Our accomplishments are unmatched.

@KateVthestate @RupertLowe10 You didn't look at the map. Britain, in that map, is on the shores of the German Ocean. Ireland, in that map, is in the British Isles Ireland is not in the British Isles. Britain is not on the shores of the German Ocean And it's about branding. We don't want ours dragged down.

If I moved to Japan, and lived in Japan for decades, speaking the language, integrating into society, contributing to the economy. Would I be ethnically Japanese? No. No I would not. I would never pretend to be. Nor would that apply to India, Thailand, Mexico, Denmark or anywhere else. So why is England different? Of course there is an English ethnicity. I am entirely bemused by how so many argue against that. It’s just a fact. Politicians who say otherwise are cowards. This is painfully obvious. Restore Britain’s position is clear. English ethnicity exists - it’s the only sodding data point that the Government collects on anything. Of course someone who is not of that ethnicity can be British, obviously. But it equally does not mean that the English ethnicity is imaginary. Those two things can be true at the same time. I got in trouble years ago for suggesting that the footballer Paul Pogba was French, but not ethnically French. It’s insanity. That is just a factual position. Common sense, clearly. Separately, Restore Britain has said from the very start - owning a British passport does not make you British. We have seen how lazily those documents have been frittered away. Holding that piece of paper does not automatically make you British, we are very clear on that. Is the Egyptian lunatic Alaa Abd El-Fattah British? He has a passport. Restore Britain says NO. No, he is not and he should be stripped of that paper and deported. Being British encompasses so much more than that, it means so much more than that. It is not simply a piece of paper. It is culture, shared beliefs, patriotism, language, a common understanding of what is right and wrong. That has nothing to do with ethnicity, obviously. But for even daring to suggest that English ethnicity exists I’ll be roundly attacked. It is just a fact. Every other country in the world manages to acknowledge ethnicities exist without descending into hysteria. England should be able to do the same.

@Hugh_might @RupertLowe10 That map also includes Ireland. Really, you should stop being so emotional about Irelands history of being ruled by the English to the extent you deny observable fact. It makes you look very silly, like Africans who claim "we wuz" to everything.

@KateVthestate @RupertLowe10 Nope. Ireland is not in the British Isles. That is a simple historical fact. You'll get used to it. Ireland is not in the British Isles. Britain is (similarly in many ways) not on the shores of the German Ocean. You got used to that. It's not 1910.

@Silenced_Woman_ @mimikkiki I just can't understand why so many black Americans can't comprehend tourette syndrome. This has been such a strange thing to witness because my 8 and 10 year old children fully understand it, it's not really a difficult thing to get your head around. So strange.

Ireland is the second largest island in the archipelago of the British Isles. That's a geographical fact. Here is a map (for children so you can understand it) and the definition, below. Unless Ireland floated off somewhere else, it's in the British Isles, if as is the case it's still geographically located where it always has been then yes it's still in the British Isles as its not able to move. I know some Irish get upset by it because they confuse geography with political or sovereign rule and get very sensitive/triggered about it because of England's conquering and domination of Ireland and the genocide of the Irish during committed by the English ruling elite but it doesn't change the location of Ireland. It doesn't mean the Irish are not their own unique ethnic group or the Irish don't exist or the Irish should be ruled by the English monarchy, it's just where the island of Ireland is geographically located. Which is in the British Isles.

I do like this guy. The party, not so much for various reasons, but then there is no party with a candidate standing which I agree with fully. Sadly I do not think he will win and it wouldn't matter anyway as the local and national problems of mass invasion of foreigner's, anti-white initiatives and the destruction of the native population, our communities and our homeland isn't going to change by ousting one labour MP.

I grew up in a time when Gorton, Longsight, Burnage, Levenshulme & Denton were better places to live. We had a sense of community and understood how the world worked. We can get the good days back!! ✅ Safer streets ✅ Better value ✅ Real local representation

@Natrebirthparty This is the same Alek Yerbury who owns a political party, apparently knows how to campaign correctly and lives in the constituency, but wouldn't stand himself as a candidate in the by-election he's wrote about ? Alek is good at preaching what he doesn't practice himself.
