I was in high school in 2003: - nobody was allowed to wear hats in school, and girls wouldn’t anyway - wheelies were for babies, and peaked later - tucking jeans into Uggs?! Like that??? No - nobody would stand around staring at music players next to friends. Literally nothing to see. - hair/makeup is wrong - where are Chucks, band tees, gelled hair? - why is everybody wearing retina-searing colors?

@cbrennansports Did you forget about UConn women’s basketball … for the past 20+ years? Tons of men wear UConn WBB merchandise and have done so for decades.

When have we ever seen dozens (hundreds?) of men around the country wearing a woman’s sports jersey/T-shirt/number? This development has fascinated me so I’ve spent time interviewing some of these men for my book on Caitlin Clark and this incredible moment in women’s sports.

Whatever your position on who deserves bronze, I would hope you could be objective and reasonable enough to understand that it was incredibly unfair to both hold a hearing w/o affording USA even 24 hours to prepare, & then strip an innocent athlete of a medal previously awarded.

@DrewGarrison I apologize to Bengals fans everywhere. I did not realize there was such sensitivity to the weight of the lockers. Even though I’ve already called the locker room beautiful, cool and a great upgrade, I should not joke about locker weight. I’m sorry for hurting your feelings.

They’ll always move the goalposts. The Bengals invest a ton of money. Something everyone says they won’t do. Someone has to shit on it.
