@makeinfranceoff bonjour
Je souhaiterais savoir dans quel région opérez vous ?
Car j'aurais besoin d'un artisan multi tâches
Pour la transformation d'un local commercial anciens garage en salle de force
Merci d'avance

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal thats ok pssr3 will be it doesnt need to be perfect day one
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Maybe! Or maybe not. Sony isn’t a tiny player and their PSSR 1 solution was well behind NVIDIA or FSR 4.
English

i'm gonna say it, it's gonna be an ARM chip, that's literally why they've been waiting so long to make this, if they perfect pc emulation on ARM with the steam frame, then we might get a steam deck 2 real soon
XDA@xdadevelopers
Valve says the Steam Deck 2 needs a chip that doesn't exist yet bit.ly/4bZRCKP
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal i did its great and again valve is not behind it they easily make it 10* better like they did with wine to proton
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Have you used lossless scaling? The upscaling in that absolutely sucks. It’s FSR1 at best more stuff like integer scaling which is great, but it is not really an upscaler. Their frame generation is okay but that’s more because of the stroboscopic nature of frame gen.
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal If needed they will even nobody like lossless scaling can
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Well, yeah, I do think Val can do a lot of stuff, but I don’t know if Valve wants to be developing its own upscaling technique when they can just use the AMD one and they are using AMD for the steam machine and original steam deck.
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal bro are dumb or stupid before proton windows games didnt work on linux valve can do anything they already have lepton fex they could make a smartphone everything is already here
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Yeah, and no one really thinks that SGSR is that compelling. I’m not saying it’s impossible that we might see an arm based steam deck what I am saying is I think there are big problems they need to get past. Like it’s being compared by Qualcomm as having the same quality as FSR1.
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Not really. Like they totally could, but it’s a lot of money and if they are considering a hardware partner they will have issues on the arm side with anyone that’s not Nvidia and Nvidia are notoriously fussy to work with.
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal they did proton fex lepton dont worry bro
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal they dont need to qualcomm already has a ss tech and valve could make one even better
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Unofficially, yes, but unless you’re expecting valve or Qualcomm to go against another industry partner and use that tech I think we need to see something from those companies.
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Yeah, and one is Nvidia proprietary and the other sucks with the exception of FSR 4, which is AMD proprietary though it didn’t leak I think no company is realistically going to use a leaked to build of another company’s tech.
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal What are talking about fsr already work on Android and the switch 2 use dlss
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Having an operating system that is well performing is not going to make up for the big problem which is there isn’t a good upscaling model available to them unless they use Nvidia and I don’t think they want to
English

@KbUbuntu @mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal Drivers etc just aren't up to the task, unless they've improved 100x since the launch of first gen
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal dont forget the valve is making a dedicated arm steamos dont worry about perf
English

@KbUbuntu @yandhiisntreal Tech suite is not raw performance. Obviously performance matters but personally I think a good upscaling model is essential and FSR 4.1 is exceptional.
English

@PolarStar64 @yandhiisntreal No it's not pc game already run on smartphone
English

@yandhiisntreal I really don't think so. We're still *quite* away from that both in terms of compatibility and an ARM chip powerful enough to actually pull off a performance *increase* over the original Steam Deck.
Steam Deck 2 will definitely be x86, but the Steam Deck 3 will be ARM for sure.
English

@mean_mystic @yandhiisntreal Year behind you didn't see the Red magic 11 test from etaprime
English

@yandhiisntreal What company would make that chip? Qualcomm is years behind in gaming technology suite and NVIDIA seems like an unlikely partner. An x86 AMD RDNA 5 based design similar to the rumoured PS6 handheld seems more likely to be.
English

@Pirat_Nation aw sweet its the 6090 will have 6gb of vram and you will be happy tech
English

@Pirat_Nation Ce qui prouve bien que l'informatique a besoin d'optimisation et non pas de nouveaux hardware toutes les 5 minutes
