I built a bot that: finds people struggling to grow replies to them automatically brings them to my profile Still testing it… but it’s already working Curious what I changed 👀

client pays me $3k/month to "manage" their email funnel it's a Make workflow. takes 2 hours to set up, zero hours to run they think I'm working. I'm making coffee

VA was $50/hour catching edge cases. n8n workflow costs $20/month now. client saves money every week, but when the automation misses something nobody even knows until it breaks.

recruiters used to spend 2 hours daily scanning 200 job postings. a python script does it in 2 minutes now. nobody's hiring those recruiters anymore, they're just managing the bots that replaced them.

sold a client an "AI workflow" that was literally 14 if-else statements + one GPT call charged $2k/month to maintain it they're now wondering why their team got smaller but costs stayed the same

spent 3 months building in private. launched, got 0 traction. rewrote the same thing in 2 weeks while posting daily. turns out people don't buy products. they buy the journey.

people build the tool first and the system never. that's the whole problem
Jason Haugh@jason_haugh

@Crislycai @fortelabs Spot on. I spent real time designing my agent architecture before turning anything on. Now 8 agents run daily without creating debt because each one has a clear role and handoff. The people drowning in AI tools never built the system to hold them.

built a job scraper in n8n that watches 200 listings replaced a recruiter's 2-hour daily grind now that role costs $20/month instead of a salary

@worldnetwork Everything is fine. I also support the project but i am disappointed by it for not performing good even in positive market sentiments. If moves 1% positive it gets 10% negative side movement the next day. As an investor i am looking for a good move and good price of shares soon.

honestly building in public just means everyone sees you fail in real time. but yeah the accountability hits different when people are watching 😅
CatsWild@bigsmallcat

@Communiply excited to follow this journey! building in public is tough but so rewarding. @productclank has some great features for tracking growth from day one. what's your biggest challenge starting fresh?
