No matter how much you’re paid for a gig, always do a great job.

You can build a business overnight. You just can’t build the skills to build a business overnight.

Devs, please learn how to market yourself and negotiate.

If you think you're just going to code and not communicate, brainstorm, or do any other non-coding tasks, you're not going to make it.

I've reached the stage where I only want to be around people who take their craft seriously. People who've realized that constant complaining is destructive and useless. People who are focused on making the most of their next 24 hours. People who are clear on what they want.
