today I didn’t feel very good and wanted to skip gym I still went because I remembered a quote by lance armstrong "Pain is temporary. If I quit, however, it lasts forever" I didn’t reach my usual goal of at least 1hr of cardio every day but I am still happy that I went and wanted to share a day with you guys where everything didn’t go as smooth as usual and only did half of what I wanted but I still went and did it I have known this quote for a long time and have always had it in my mind but ignored it I think not everyone has to be 12%bf, a millionaire or try to be a top athlete just find something you are passionate about and give it your all when you are laying down at night and feel exhausted is when you will feel the happiest it doesn’t matter what it is that you are pursuing but never catch yourself half assing or be a little bit of something always try your best

i want to share something with u guys i learned a while ago in university it is the term "congruence" it means being "real" or authentic by ensuring your inner feelings your words and your body language all match up perfectly essentially you are congruent when the person you are on the inside is exactly the same as the person you show to the world recently one of my friends told me to just say what is my head when i talk to women and it is very much true it makes it all way easier you dont have to act as someone else and especially women are very good at telling if someone is full of shit or being real anyway dont be real for the bitches be real because you owe it to yourself and it makes your life easier, enjoyable and more fun

I have been going through my camera roll and found an old picture of my dad and me in Egypt on vacation It’s incredible to always see the process I made from being obese but something I want to talk about is that I just realized while looking at it My dad must have known at the time that I was deeply depressed and unhappy in my life when I was younger I barely had any friends and a victim mentality which made me spiral into more bad habits daily My dad used to play in the regional football league and he could have made it to the 3rd league but he had to take care of our family so he quit his hobby and started a second job As you get older you understand the sacrifices your parents made for you and that they always have been more understanding than you probably assumed My dad always went to Egypt for business and vacation but that was the first time I went along with him it was a good time and I am happy that I went with him
