Everyone's asking WHEN the CLARITY Act becomes law. Wrong question to ask about the Innovation Exemption. 👀 CLARITY Act: House → Senate → President's desk → signed. Textbook legislative path. The Innovation Exemption skips all of that SEC already has the authority to create it by rule or order. No Congress, just a Commission decision. They're taking their time to get it right.
