That happens a lot and I had some of those in my DMs already too.

I think personality is worth more than quality. You can spend money sure, but that won’t matter if you’re not entertaining. I’d rather watch a scuffed stream that is entertaining than someone with perfect overlays who’s boring. What do you value most watching other creators?
