@ZyaPaws Hard disagree. They started photo classes post-covid and dropped out before finishing. They use Chinese pocket strobes/LEDs that are Prosumer at best, not studio gear. They also don’t work as a full time Photographer- they “rep a local Ski brand”

I'm a victim of targeted harassment for buying a suit from DHC a year BEFORE the ordeal. I came into the fandom with a bad taste in my mouth. I should not have had to have that experience & neither should anyone else. I leave my DHC tag on just to spite the people harassing me.

People actually believed there was legal action going in the courts!! That’s how badly misinformed everyone is

@MelodyArioso @TheKamillex I’ve read it too. There’s like 2-3 chat logs where she says sexual content in the presence of minors. This is not a crime. If it was, every open AD account would be guilty. Do you think any of those minors have virgin ears and never heard these things on the internet before?

@XionShep @anothercoyote @7rystan They never pursued legal action because there was no evidence of any crimes. Only maybe 5% of the 90 page doc is even mentioning something illegal but told as a second hand anecdote. They even admit they won’t and can’t pursue legal action in the first paragraphs!

@MelodyArioso @TheKamillex All the people that wrote it worked together and obviously had extreme bias. They admit to being starstruck by Lucky and then felt horrible after being tossed aside. It reads like high school drama. If there was evidence of real crimes committed this would be a different matter

@MelodyArioso @TheKamillex I really think you should read the doc again and not just the TLDR. It’s very loosely tied together anon anecdotes from people that were close friends with Lucky. There’s no real evidence and no crimes committed, hence why there was no legal action taken
