My prediction of the story is that this is either going to take place immediately after Logan escapes Strykers weapon X program or we will get flashbacks leading to that, with the modern day of Stryker sending his goons and other members of that project to go after him to reclaim him. I think we'll also be seeing Lady Deathstrike, Silver Samurai and Sabretooth as villains. Beyond excited for this game and want to know everyone's theory's for this one!
