There's a pavement near me which the tree roots have seriously raised up. One has to step over it. Many councils would consider chopping the tree down.
Instead, why not fill the area with bountiful planting and create a pavement bypass. More function and more beauty.

@Naomi_D_Harvey Polymorphic Light Eruption (PMLE). I get it in the Spring/early Summer on my arms, face and upper chest if I spend more than a few minutes in direct sunlight. Extremely itchy for several days.

The sun ☀️ is finally in our garden in the mornings now so I’ve tried to sit in it for a bit to help my circadian rhythm etc. but it’s immediately causing the skin on my face to sting & feel like it’s burning. Other areas of my skin are fine though 🤷🏻♀️ it’s still sore hours later.

Do people understand how insane this is?
The Israelis are invading a sovereign country, making hundreds of thousands of people homeless, destroying their homes and neighborhoods, and saying they cannot return until Israelis feel safe.
What about Lebanese safety and the right to live on their land without a psychotic aggressor turning everything into an apocalyptic moonscape?

I would be interested to know when people last saw a specialist. For me it’s been over 10 yrs. Can well people imagine a life where you’re so disabled you can’t work, spend most days bedbound, have no quality of life & you don’t have a dr monitoring your condition? #MEAwareness
