What makes IISc a IISc- is great management. I have not seen any other institute in India - where you get into any buildings’ washroom and wrinkle your nose… Even that ground level management is classic….. #IISc

Stop blaming Kathmandu only for pollution and making headlines with it being the most polluted in the planet. We don’t produce these pollutants, others do. And since we have huge mountains in the north and Kathmandu being a deep valley, it gets trapped here. Polluters must pay us to clean up.

I think much of RSP's success is due to:
1) total digust of Nepalis with existing old parties hence negative vote
2) classic Nepali antarghaat: anti-Oli &-Gagan factions voting RSP to defeat their official nominees
