I don't have any cliques on this X. In fact my mutuals of 5 to 10 years ago when we had 2 followers together have all blocked me for telling them the truth, and I'll not stop.
The screenshot you see below confirms my argument that many "influencers" here do not want Nigeria to progress. Because most of them create nothing of substance and depend on YOUR poverty for relevance, they're happy to see you poor so that you continue to dream about the big lifestyle they're living while you worship them for their 2k giveaway.
Look at Dr Shina here for example. I probably gave him his first retweet on twitter because I was there when he had only 5 followers. Meaning that I've experienced him through every phase of his account reading every of his tweets. Being a medical doctor, Shina has always bitterly bitterly complained about the bad state of healthcare in Nigeria. He has always cried about doctors not being paid and how hospitals lack basic equipments and fail to handle emergencies. As somebody who constantly calls out the challenges in Nigeria is the honourable thing to do not to criticise the government that has been responsible for such challenges?
Just like with other "influencers" we have here, the same group of people who complain from January to December about the problems we face in the country, will near elections turn around and pretend like everything is fine. Some of these people are not ordinary banger boys but professionals like in this instance Dr. Shina.
I'm not saying it's tribalism, I'm not saying they're accepting gigs, but their general inclination towards discrediting useful opposition candidates and subtly indirectly supporting the APC every election year shows me that we're dealing with wicked and devilish people pretending to use giveaways to help the poor whereas they don't want any of us to progress. But I already know Nigerians, they'll not identify their enemies but will continue to larp up bullshit on their pages hoping to win their own 2k giveaway.
