Excited to join this team! It was a tough decision to leave the Bombers, but I truly feel this is the right fit for me. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to get started!

"Society has gotten soft in a lot of ways... The real world is tough and cruel... I'm preparing my players for life." The teachers and coaches that impact lives the most are the ones who pushed you beyond your comfort level. The real world is tough; our job is to make sure our players are equipped to handle it.

You can either view pressure as a threat to your ego or a challenge to embrace. The best athletes focus on the opportunity to succeed, not on the possibility of failure.

Confidence is quiet. Cocky is loud. Confidence walks onto the field knowing the work was put in. It doesn’t need to remind everyone. It shows in preparation, body language, and the way you respond when things get hard. Cocky needs attention. It talks more than it works. It celebrates itself but struggles when things don’t go its way. The best athletes respect the game, respect their teammates, and respect their opponents. They believe in themselves without needing to prove it to everyone around them. The mindset you want is: believe you belong, but never act like the game owes you anything. That balance is what coaches respect. Be confident in your ability. Be humble in your attitude. Let your play do the talking. 💪🥎

As an athlete, you play your best when you stop trying to control the outcome, and instead, you relax and let your instincts take over.

You can't just flip a switch to reach peak performance in games. You have to condition your mind every day to perform your best. If you're mentally lazy during practice, you'll be mentally weak in games.

What you don’t see in great teams: - No finger-pointing. - No ego chasing. - No excuses after losses. What you do see: - Ownership. - Commitment. - Accountability. They build relationships. They choose WE > ME. Be Great.

The key to peak performance is being in the present moment and focusing on one play at a time. Most mistakes happen when you're thinking ahead or dwelling on the past.
