If you look at the figures below, it’s hard not to conclude: when cases rise in the North, the North goes under restrictions when cases rise in London and the South East, everyone stays under restrictions

Interesting that Primark’s sales have actually increased vs last year on retail parks - shows a major shift in shopping patterns. The location of retail parks in mostly residential areas, and ability to park in front of specific stores, has made them v. attractive given COVID.

@mikeysmith He wasn't in self-isolation. As I said, he did the 14 days, then came out. Then went for exercise a day or two later. Then went back to London.

So I'm told this is what happened. Cummings goes to the parents to isolate. Very ill. Recovers. Does 14 days. Does his daily exercise. Includes trip to Barnard Castle. Returns to London. No two trips.
