ima welder and have to frequently drug test. When I need to detox and clear my system, I go carnivore diet. Just ground beef, eggs, and steak. I drink a salt water and do a ton of cardio, either running / jogging & stair master. Usually takes me 2 weeks, but I’m pretty lean tho.
