🇲🇰 You need to be only Macedonian to be elected a lawmaker in North Macedonia.
Parliament passed a law requiring MPs to hold only Macedonian citizenship, banning dual citizenship.
This measure came in response to opposition claims that MPs from the nationalist VMRO party hold dual Bulgarian citizenship.
The Albanian opposition opposed the law, while the Macedonian opposition backed it.

The people of Hungary have spoken with overwhelming certainty. I congratulate @magyarpeterMP on his victory and the strong mandate he has received.
I’m certain he will work towards strengthening Hungary’s place among democratic nations and the Euro-Atlantic family, as well as strengthening the historic partnership between Kosovo and Hungary.
