The Multi-Agency Building Project is a multi-story building consisting of 3 no blocks i.e. A, B and C an- a total area of site of 2.01 hectares with block B consisting of 8 (eight) floors in height while the other blocks (A&C) are 5 (five) floors each.

Also, installation of paving stones is progressing steadily on Cemetery by Kano Street, (45%) and earth works is simultaneously ongoing in preparation for laying of paving stones

On Redemption Way which connects Cemetery Road and Oat Street, the paving stones has been completed on and solar powered streetlights has also been installed.

As part of the Greater Lagos vision and in line with the T.H.E.M.E.S. + Agenda,work is progressing steadily on the construction of a network of Redemption Way/Cemetery Street/Kano Street/Coates Street, in Ebute Meta, Lagos Mainland Local Government Area.
