Congratulations to our All Ohio Honorees for the 2025 season. Hayden Sharps: HM All Ohio QB Griffin Cooley: HM All Ohio RB Logan Pontious: HM All Ohio OL Wesley Hartsock: HM All Ohio WR This ties the 2025 team for most All Ohio honors (4) with the 1973, 1990 and 1993 teams 🚂

Also congrats to a few of our players for breaking records this season. Hayden Sharps  Single game passing TDs - 5 against Hilltop  Single Season: Passes Completed- 151 Passing Yards - 2063  Passing TDS - 21 Passing % - Tied 65.09%

The boys got us started off on this playoff Friday by singing the school’s Alma Mater 🚂🏈

Big thanks to a handful of guys from the 23 playoff team from coming in to talk to the boys tonight. Always good to see former players willing to give back and want to see the program continue to succeed. 🚂🏈

Congratulations to the 2025 team on etching themselves in school history. They become the 5th team in school history to reach the playoffs. 1973, 1992, 1993, 2023 and 2025. The boys should be proud of their accomplishment this season and we are on to week 11! 🚂🏈

Congrats on our DOTW, Carter Meek, for last weeks record tying performance with 5 rushing tds. He also knows without his hogs up front non of that would have been possible. 🚂🏈

Congrats to our JV on their win over NC last night 24-16. The JV ends their season with a 5-3 record. Great job men 🚂🏈

Congrats to our JH on a 34-6 victory tonight over North Central. 🚂🏈 The combined 7/8th team finished their season 4-4 with the 7th grade only team going 2-0 this year. This included winning the last 5 games of their season. Great job boys!

Our Dudes of the Week for their performance against Hilltop goes to the hogs up front! Ryan Riggenbach, Travis Clifford, Johnny Fritsch, Zaine Stull, Logan Pontious (not pictured Carter Watterston) this group paved the way to 400+ yards of offense on Friday night 🚂🏈

One of my favorite traditions carried on each year. Senior moms speak night 2025. These moms did a great job tonight talking to the team about why they are proud to watch their senior sons play football at Montpelier. 🚂🏈

Thanks to all our youth players, coaches and parents this year and can’t wait to watch these kids grow over the years. I also want to shout out our 3 HS referees tonight Mason, Jacob and Kenny. These three have completed our NFHS ref reps officiating class at Montpelier.

What a great night for our future Loco football players. We had our annual 5th/6th Blue vs White game and Montpelier came out on top with the win! Very impressed by these two teams. There were some big plays, big hits and big smiles tonight.

Our 5th and 6th Blue vs White game will take place this Tuesday 6:00 on the game field! Come out to support our youth as they end their season 🚂🏈
