Discussion Post - Selling sealed product acquired through Tournament Prizing: Is it morally wrong to sell prizing at Market price (the price scalpers sell at) to maximize the value of your prizing? If so, is selling at MSRP the only way to go? The prizing was free (minus entry fee), so you are technically scalping if you sell for anything above tournament entry... so where do we draw the line? How should liquidating prizing work?

@Sokittoya1 @atomicmassgames It would also be alot more expensive First they need to find a place with the right conditions, ventilation etc Then buy a couple thousand 3d printers Then the resin Then higher staff, train them etc etc Youre talking alot of money and a few years of delays

@MamaMagicGwen a little more context the table fee is £3.50 per day It comes with access to all the terrain for wargaming etc The commander players on these nights would also kinda demand all the possible benefits (like all the promo packs possible, promos etc) but not really support the store

@MamaMagicGwen LGS has always had a table fee but most of the time it’s used by wargammers used to host free commander nights but realised the players would come in, spend nothing etc They introduced a cost of “buying a pack” and it lost about 5 ish players on one of the 2 nights per week

Does your LGS have a "Pay-To-Play Policy?" Playing at my LGS last night noticed attendance is down significantly since they implemented a $10 play fee (purchase $10 at the store somewhere). I even saw 2 new people show up and walk out when hearing that. #MTG #MagicTheGathering
