Workers at the @LSPnow & @LSAFnow are excited to announce that we are unionized through @OPEIULocal12! On Saturday, the LSP & LSAF Boards unanimously voted to affirm our right to unionize & provide voluntary recognition. Follow & RT to support us as we fight for a new contract.

UPDATE: We have received a signed voluntary recognition agreement from LSP/LSAF management and the Boards of Directors. We are working to establish times for bargaining as we strive for a contract that recognizes the dignity of all Land Stewardship Workers!

But seriously - few classes of worker need union protection more than the nonprofit sector. I've 'involuntarily donated' at least as many hours as I've been paid for & that is the norm. Workers are also routinely asked to raise/donate $ even if not their job. Proud of @LSWunion
