My student Brandon Waxman did a great job presenting his work at #ASV2023

While I will support the bipartisan budget agreement, I’m deeply disappointed that it slashes @NIH funding by approx. $500M. It’s shameful that Rs would insist on cuts to med research as part of this deal. As a member of the Approps Committee, I'll work to reverse these cuts.
