@LabVacha Can I expect your studies and results on the translocation of hydrophobic peptides in unilamellar vesicles to be replicated in the lipid *bilayers* of eukaryotic cells containing cholesterol? Can cholesterol trap hydrophobic peptides & prevent translocation across the membrane?
