The DA has known about this conduct for months and what have they done other than seek protective orders which protect only the bad actors-who are disgraced public servants which the public should know about. There is no reason that this information should be concealed. To the extent disclosure damages the DA the fault is exclusively that of Proctor, Goode, the MSP, the CPD and the DA.

Proctor and Goode unbelievable unfathomable in the act of a police officer, just 2 of them over years? The processes are at work and that rope is getting tighter we have local police, MSP, DA, ADAs, outside criminal defense attorney for the Commonwealth, FBI, Judge, companies changing software @ 2:27 😜 and past & present MA AG allowing the culture; this is by far NOT most of the above but this is massive. He waited until 3 p.m. Friday to inform the court he'd decided to take a slide. The date had been set months ago. More than 15 lawyers from all sides of the wrongful-death civil case were going to be downtown for the deposition, including Alan Jackson, who'd flown in from LA. But as a crooked state trooper, Bear figures he has the right to give the middle finger to every law-abiding citizen he's ever tried to railroad. Bent state cops NEVER show up for their first hearings/depositions. However serious the charges, they're always no-shows, MIA. I wonder if Jackson et al. would have asked Proctor about his recorded statement to a fellow crooked cop that he liked to plant cocaine on defendants. Nope, I don't believe he was joking at all. When I was made to hand my phone over for extraction, not only did I express my fears about my personal information somehow winding up in the wrong hands, but I also explained my worries about them seeing photos or videos that were personal/private. Tully LAUGHED and made multiple jokes about how they have "seen it all" and that "nothing would shock them." It was gross and I got the most uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach. I wish I trusted my instinct. I hope Karen & her lawyers continue to expose the rest of the players up the ranks. Because I can promise that Tully has more than a few secrets of his own. He's just smarter about covering his tracks than Proctor was. It's no coincidence that he retired right as all of this shit started to go down.

Sept 22 - Preservation order discussed in open court and so ordered (we know Brian watched) Brian later testified this was the day he got rid of his phone on the Sept 22 Sept 28 - Proctor talked with Brian Albert who said he was pissed odd, frustrated, concerned about his phone (bc it contained work info… which apparently didn’t matter enough to not destroy it)
