A tax deadline is Monday. You're going to “grind”. I get it. But at some point this weekend, step away from the desk. Go outside. Eat something that didn't come out of a microwave. Call someone you like. Because here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud: if you drop dead at your desk tonight, your clients will have a new preparer by Wednesday. The IRS isn't going to pause because you're gone. Your open cases will get reassigned. Someone else will finish that 1065. You are replaceable to them. You are not replaceable to the people who actually love you. Go be alive for a few hours. The returns will still be there when you get back. Extensions are a good thing. #TaxTwitter #EA #CPA #Taxes

Only in the state of Florida can they create a new system for sales taxes that does not properly calculate sales taxes. God I hate this state sometimes. #TaxTwitter
