@premierinn WARNING do not use your travel cot without a mattress. But Premier Inn provide them without, and think this is acceptable??????

@premierinn "reassuring" me that they supply travel cots without the mattress and this is OK.. A warning of death if used without a mattress. My 8 month old baby had to sleep on the floor. They "value" my feedback. But what actually are they going to do moving forward???

@premierinn Fareham think it is acceptable to provide a travel cot but no mattress.. they should not advertise travel cots at all because there is no way a baby can sleep on the hard metal base without. Gone midnight waiting for it to be solved to be told no mattress
