Our @WILDCOAST team in the field today in Tijuana surveying our 2 trash booms —thanks @UCSBenioffOcean for helping us launch this project and continue to scale its impact!! The second boom is made from a confiscated totoaba net from the Gulf of CA.

This morning, I welcomed @epaleezeldin to San Diego so he could see for himself the environmental devastation in the Tijuana River Valley. A bipartisan group of leaders urged him to not cut funding for the South Bay Int’l Wastewater Treatment Plant.
