@LoyalEastbank Even for 0 hours roles, industry practice reports annualised equivalents for comparison. For ROV pilots in the UK, the standard annualised figure ranges from the stats I mentioned above. Sorry this is so hard for you to understand

@LaylaKirk94 You’re waffling…. The majority for the role you mentioned is essentially a Zero hour contract. No guaranteed days, no fixed rotation. Some jobs mainly rigs will have it structured for guaranteed days and rotations, not the role you’ve been ranting about.
