I withdraw when I’m sad.. when I’m lost.. when I just don’t know what to do.. I let the quiet set in..

You get tired of building relationships and falling off .. After a while you just wanna vibe alone .

depression isn’t always feeling deep sadness. Sometimes it’s watching urself lose interest in everything you love and not being able to do anything about it.

I will never feel like I'm a part of this world. I simply walk through it, wearing mask after mask. Surviving, never living.

May you attract a calm love with someone who’s good for your mental health and nervous system.

Distance is my new answer to disrespect. I no longer react, I no longer argue, I no longer dive into drama. I simply remove my presence.

Has someone ever done something to you and afterwards you’re not upset or don’t forgive them, but you just realised that they clearly don’t respect or value you and you need to adjust your relationship with them?

I don’t understand why everyone is so afraid of adult conversations. You don’t like me ? Tell me. You don’t wanna talk to me? Don’t ignore me. You’re mad at me ? Express your feelings. I’m wrong ? Lmk let’s talk. We don’t agree? Share your viewpoints. It’s really not that hard.

At some point you just got to tell people, I love you, but I’m no longer interested in the level of life you have to offer me, and because of that I have to remove myself. I’m not even asking you to change.

someone who has been mentally and emotionally abused will: - constantly apologize - need a lot of reassurance - break down over small disagreements - hide their feelings in order to not upset you - have low self esteem because of insults please take it easy on them.

One thing I have no tolerance for in intimate relationships is people invalidating my needs. You can ask questions, say you don’t agree or understand, or communicate that you can’t meet that need. That’s all fine. But telling me my needs are invalid is a a sign of disrespect.

Sometimes it all just gets too hard to keep everyone happy.

if someone I care about asks me for reassurance, I will never put them in a position where they think it’s a burden each time they ask, or feel as though they need to apologise for asking for it. that is the bare minimum I can do

my intuition NEVER lies. I know when someone not feeling me anymore & they don’t wanna say it. I know when I’m in danger. I know when another person has interest in the same person I do. I know when someone’s gonna call in lol. I just know these things, It’s weird
