Supreme Court hears a matrimonial case: Husband’s Counsel: we were only living together for 7 months. 1.65 cr I have already paid. What else will she take from me? Wife’s counsel: the wife’s gold was mortgaged. Court: you return her 1kg gold. Husband’s counsel: please put an end to this. Whole family can’t suffer because of this. I can’t afford anymore. My sister was in jail, my father was in jail. Wife’s counsel: as per settlement they should have given the amount as well as the gold. Husband’s counsel: I cannot pay anymore. 21 cases she has filed against my family. Please put an end to this. She’s like Shylock (from merchant of Venice) asking for a pound of flesh. Court: pay 1.25cr (for the gold). Divorce will be granted after the amount is paid.

This judgment lays down who can file a complaint under the SC/ST Act. It is not related to the broader issue of Dalit Christians, which is still pending. The judgment clarifies that a complaint under the SC/ST Act can only be filed by a person who belongs to the SC/ST community. In our case, the facts were such that the individual had left the SC/ST community and had converted to Christianity 10 years ago. Therefore, the question arose that if a person has converted to Christianity, does he still retain the SC/ST status? If he no longer retains the SC/ST status, then in that situation, can he file a complaint under the SC/ST Act? Today, the court gave an important decision on this matter and stated that the complaint filed by him is not maintainable. Therefore, this issue relates to criminal proceedings." कुछ दिन पहले आपने एक फिजिकली चैलेंज्ड कैटेगरी से सलेक्ट हुए कैंडिडेट प्रियांशु खाटी पर वीडियो बनाया , वो केस हमारा था हमें उसकी सारी कॉम्प्लेक्सिटीज और टेक्निकलिटीज पता थी , लेकिन आपने हमसे बिना केस समझे, 1उस व्यक्ति को लंगड़ा लूला कहकर वीडियो बनाया और वो वायरल हुआ , फिर UPSC 2014 टॉपर इरा सिंघल मैंम ने आपको कॉन्फ्रेंट किया और आपको वीडियो डिलीट करनी पड़ी और आप स्पीचलेस हो गए क्योंकि आपके पास कोई जवाब ही नहीं था , जवाब होता कैसे ? क्योंकि आप कोई भी केस उठाते हैं कॉपी पेस्ट करते हैं और कर देते हैं न ही आपके पास कोई डॉक्यूमेंट रहता है न ही कोई मेडिकल रिपोर्ट , आस्था जैन वाला केस भी आपका मिसइनफॉर्मेशन से भरा हुआ है, आप इतनी बेसिक रिसर्च भी नहीं कर पाए कि उसका सिलेक्शन 2023 में हुआ तब उसको IPS अलॉट हुआ न कि 2024 में , 2024 में वो जनरल कैटेगरी से थी और उन्होंने कोई सर्विस ज्वाइन नहीं की और फिर 2025 में वो EWS से अप्लाई की, आरफा वाला केस भी आपको नहीं पता कहां से आया , कोई वीडियो प्रूफ नहीं है , मैने आपसे बार बार कहा कि क्या आपके पास कोई वीडियो प्रूफ है , आप देने में असफल रहे , मैने आपसे ट्विटर के माध्यम से और फोन के माध्यम से कई बार ये बात बोली कि अमित जी जब तक आपको केसेस की कॉम्प्लेक्सिटीज और टेक्निकलिटीज की समझ न हो तब तक कोई एब्सोल्यूट स्टेटमेंट देकर कोई केस मत किया कीजिए या फिर हमसे जानकारी ले लिया कीजिए , हालांकि मुझे इससे फर्क नहीं पड़ना चाहिए कि आप अपने सोशल मीडिया में क्या करते है क्या नहीं लेकिन जो कैंपेन के आप भागीदार बन रहे हैं ये बहुत बड़ी लड़ाई है,इसको हमने बहुत मेहनत से खड़ा किया है और जिस तरह से आप इन केसेस को बिना रिसर्च और केयर के साथ कर रहे हैं बहुत जल्द IAS लॉबी आपसे सवाल पूछेगी और मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप कोई जवाब नहीं दे पाएंगे क्योंकि आपके पास कोई भी डॉक्यूमेंट या केस की समझ नहीं है, हर केस अपने आप में कॉम्प्लेक्स होता है सबकी अपनी अलग टेक्निकलिटीज होती हैं, लेकिन ये बात आपको समझ नहीं आती, अब हमारे आप से कुछ सवाल : 1) ये जो केस अपने किया है इसमें कैसे कॉनक्लूड किया कि ये 100 परसेंट फेक केस है? इस केस को करते वक्त आपकी मोड्स ऑपरेंडी क्या थी? जो मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट मैम ने लगाया है उसमें डिसेबिलिटी परसेंटेज क्या है? क्या आपने किसी डॉक्टर की सलाह ली ? जो हियरिंग डिसेबिलिटी मैम को है उसका नाम क्या है? क्या वो विद टाइम बढ़ती है? क्या वो हियरिंग ऐड लगाने से बैटर हो सकती है? 2) जो आपने पुराने केसेज हमारी टाइमलाइन से बिना पूरी डिटेल जाने आपने किए हैं, क्या उनके डॉक्यूमेंट्स आपके पास हैं? क्या रवि सिहाग की जमीन के कागजात आपके पास हैं?
