Imagine being told you have 3 weeks before starting your new job to find a place to live - in a city or town you've never been to before.
It's unreasonable.
It's unacceptable.

More claims being made for cold water immersion on local radio. Note, the definitive science hasn't been done, the evidence is anecdotal and it is potentially dangerous. By all means do it, but understand the risks & benefits & proceed with caution. bjsm.bmj.com/content/56/23/…

Mind-boggling advice from NICE - to use injections of sterile water for pain relief for labouring women.
One of the studies cited seriously has sterile water as its active arm &, er, salty water as placebo😳 (ref below).
