@DogmanDusttin To activate the effect of taking vitamines you should go outside ( daily). Best is walking, biking or doing some other moving ( maybe there is free tai chi in the park?). Outside, not in a gym, car or mall: sun and wind give energy and reset your internal clock/circadian rhythm.

Having problems being tired all the time otherwise I'd stream more and make videos outside of Rivals casting. Gunna get my blood work done next week and hopefully figure out the problem. Maybe I'll stream today in an hour or two to crash out over black cat

@itsbloodymarie You can take vitamin D but you need UV sunlight on your skin to activate it in your body. And sunscreen blocks UV thats why so many people have low active vitamin D.

Gamers please go OUTSIDE. I went to the doctor and my test results came back with results saying i have vitamin d deficiency. A healthy range is from 30-50 ml, and i have 9.😭 Now im probably literally gonna get prescribed to go touch grass. How embarrassing dont be like me.
