JUST IN: Pennsylvania Democrats appear to have kept control of the state House. Cambria County just added ballots & nearly finished counting, keeping Dem lawmaker Frank Burns on top by 3% in very Trumpian area. So Democrats retain a 102-101 majority: no change in seats at all.
