We listen to our bodies well enough to hear what they are yearning for. I told my son that I have food exhaustion. I'm tired of eating everyday... Maybe it's time to fast. But am I really listening if it's a maybe? Our cycles require so many different things from each other...

Have you met 50-60 year olds yet? Theyre all in 1 of 2 stages:
1. Planning for old age — & working out, eating healthy, etc. to stay fit & well.
2. Planning for old age — & moving into homes without stairs or bathtubs bc they anticipate not being able to lift their legs the same way.
It’s wild how differently the two planner groups are…

Being in your early 40s is weird, man. People around your age are in every stage of life. You have people who are grandparents. You have people who have newborns. You have people dating 25-year-olds. You have people celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Some of them look 60, and some of them look 30. All the bases are covered when you are in your early 40s.

My kids have been making breakfast the whole time we've been on holiday and this morning, I was like hell nah... I'm tired of this amateur stuff, I done made a shakshuka for my husband and I... And if I do say so myself, it's the best breakfast I've had all year. 😂😂😂😂😂

@_Bongekile_ This is our 7th year in, we do "family" together. His and mine. Once a year unless it's pressing. How your structure your home is your business. We'll see mine first or his first depending on where we are but, the rest of the year is ours. Downtime with fam is not during peak.
