I’ve been waiting weeks to have an introductory phone call with a new therapist. The emotional build up was palpable. I had weeks to prepare what I would say and to make sure I didn’t cry with in the first 2 mins. Dry eyes lasted about 30 secs haha. Depression is a funny thing.
