Dispatch advising StarCare is on their way, ETA 10 minutes. Units advising dispatch that the patient has a shattered right shoulder and is in and out of consciousness. Patient is out and being loaded onto a back board to be taken out of the ravine. Waverly 11 en route to Bryan West, code 3, with a 30's year old male involved in a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle is upside-down in the creek. He was the passenger and asleep when the accident happened. Fractured left arm, and unable to feel a pulse in the left wrist. Waverly advising StarCare to not land yet. The interstate is not shut down yet. StarCare inquiring if they would like to take the patient to the Waverly exit and the helicopter can go park in the grass. Waverly advising they are setting up the LZ right now and an engine is blocking traffic.

Motor Vehicle Accident: I-80 EB, MM 408. Two vehicle accident. Caller says he has a possible broken arm. Possible 2nd patient with unknown status Waverly Fire & Rescue Call TIMEOUT: 00:12 Waverly requesting Southeast Fire be paged as well. NSP en route as well. Waverly 11 unable to locate. Dispatch advising an update. Maps are showing the caller just east of MM 408 and just south. It looks like they might be in a ravine or a creek.

State Patrol reporting a black motorcycle at I-80 MM425 WB. Going approximately 140mph. They tried to stop it and it took off. NSP Air is trying to track it. #ThpThpThp #LincolnScanner

Caller stating someone on location mentioned a firearm, but unsure if one is actually on location. There is also someone there with a knife.

Disturbance: Holmes Lake North Shore Caller states there are 50 or more 14-18 year old males and females playing loud music and a fight happened but broke up. Caller is calling back now and saying there are several fights that have broken out. Unknown how many, but possibly 20 people fighting.

M6 en route to Bryan West with a category yellow trauma. 20's year old male hit by a vehicle turning. States he was traveling 40-45mph. He was wearing a helmet and there was separation from the bike. No loss of consciousness. Complaining of right leg pain and left arm pain. Has abrasions and hematomas. ETA 7-8 minutes.
