Brain Holiday Time! I always found my natural pace is 6:1 meaning I tend to work very hard and fast for a six-week period and then have a week off, to be able to sort out my energy before booming back into action again.

My daughter did a talk at school recently (that she nearly won!) and it was called I CAN…. Many people think that they may not be smart enough, they may not be the best, they haven't got enough wisdom.. but the main thing I would say is to tell yourself “I CAN!” Happy Weekend
