He needs to be removed from office. He is obviously unwell. The sooner both sides of the Congress get out of denial and accept the gravity of the situation the better for the country and the world.

Any elected official cheering on this rhetoric, rationalizing it as tough talk, and failing to acknowledge the gravity of what the president is threatening is simply unfit. We need to immediately return to DC and stop this illegal war. We took oaths to the Constitution and the American people, not a political party nor a leader. The time to do something is now, and we must act.”

I’m pretty sure that wiping out “a whole civilization” will involve issuing unlawful orders. Remove this man from office before he actually attempts to carry out what he’s threatening. We don’t know what he’ll do, but given the unhinged rhetoric, we shouldn’t wait to find out.

Dear @thejointstaff: The UCMJ and federal law prohibit war crimes. Obviously eradicating a whole civilization constitutes a war crime. You must disobey that order. If you commit war crimes, the next Administration will prosecute you.
